While I was at work today the boys cleaned up and moved all the rock from the existing fire pit and constructed this fabulous fire pit! We have been so excited to have a fire. We got things going about 7:30 and Parker stayed up until around 10:00. We made smores and had a lovely time playing in the dark.
Parker wasn't a huge fan of the smoke and decided to move far away from the fire.
The night was perfect....except for the mosquitoes....and the bats.
We can't wait to have our friends over and do it again!
